Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you wish to return your item for any reason, you will need to contact us and ship it back within 14 days. You will not need to state the reason of the return or exchange, but we greatly appreciate any feedback regarding your purchase experience.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The transportation risk of return is on the buyer. If the package is lost during transit back to us, a refund will not be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return and exchange/refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be resellable, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and with the same amount of product. All original labels need to be attached, and if the product is sealed, the seal shall not be broken. We don’t provide refunds for items that get damaged on their way to us, so please package items responsibly for transit. If either of the mentioned conditions are not met, the refund amount will be deducted the monetary loss of value of each product.
Returns require proof of purchase. We store invoices for all incoming orders, but please include your order number when contacting us. If the refund is approved, your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The transfer time depends on your method of payment.
Wrong, Incomplete or Outdated Address
Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order as we don’t provide refunds for orders lost in transit due to wrong, incomplete or outdated addresses. If the order is directly sent back to us due to any of these errors, and the items are intact, you can choose between getting a refund or getting it reshipped to the correct address. If you want us to ship the item again, you will need to pay for the new shipping. If you choose to get a refund, we will refund the amount of the items minus a 20 % restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Package Not Picked Up or Refused
If you do not pick up your package, refuse it or refuse customs charges and it therefore gets returned to us, we will refund your order minus shipping costs and a 20 % restocking fee. If you are ordering a gift that is being sent directly to the recipient and the order will be subject to customs charges, please let the recipient know in advance.
Items Damaged Upon Delivery
If one or all items are damaged upon delivery, we need photo proof of damage on the product(s) as well as packaging (within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) in order to assess the extent of a refund (partial or full). There is no need to send the item back to us if the item is substantially damaged during shipping to you.
Wrong or Missing Items
Mix ups can occur on our part, and if your order is lacking one or several products, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know shortly after receiving your order so that we can correct the error.
Package Lost During Transit
It is highly unusual that packages get lost in the mail, but if your order does get lost in the mail it qualifies for a full refund. Please let us know if your order is taking abnormally long to get to you. If the order has not arrived after 8 weeks, it is considered lost in the mail unless there are known unusual circumstances causing the delay.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within one hour after placing your order, as we might start processing your order for shipping shortly. To cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation e-mail stating that you want to cancel your order. If your cancellation request is received later than within one hour, the request will depend on whether or not your order has been handled and/or shipped.
